Give "Format All Symbols" the ability to control "Layers"

This was something I thought existed, but I guess it doesn't. I am trying to apply an inverse offset to 5 different unique values. So I got to format all symbols and all the one gets are options for:

Color Fill
Outline Fill
Outline Width
Angle Alignment

That's it. Nothing else. Seems like I should be able to control anything else. Just, anything else. But what's this, its another feature you can do in ArcMap, a program that is 20 years old and retired? Wow.

Just any crack at implementing this seems like a no brainer.

Fully agree. Trying to do anything that isn't just a color swap for more than 3 or 4 symbol classes is a huge pain.

Kind of crazy that this is still a limitation in Pro 3.6. It was something raised in 2019 here and there was even a similar bug from 2017. In the context of ArcMap being officially retired next year this really should have been implemented a long time ago without the need for someone to raise it as an idea. It's functionality that's even available in the AGOL map viewer. Could someone from Esri respond to this please to see if it is something being looked into.

As a workaround (which really shouldn't be necessary) I often make the changes to a single feature and then save the style as a favourite. The style can then be applied via "Format all symbols" through the gallery tab.
