I used to be able to expand all the values in the "Other" by clicking like these double-arrows. Those aren't there anymore. I can't click and drag the values out of "Other". What do I do?
When you select the values in Other you should see this action pad which lets you pick which grouping you want to place those values in or you can create a new group from that selection. The overflow menu would only have the option to do a select all.
Once the values are outside the Other category you can use the arrows to move them up/down
