Home Directory has no spaces in path and still wont save

I'm trying to extract elevation from LAS dataset and getting this message "Home Directory has spaces in the path..."

Am I missing something?

One thing to test is copy everything to your C: drive, in a TEMP directory - C:\Temp\ - and recreate the workflows locally. Do you still get the same error message?
