Determining the average waterstrike per grid cell

Good morning

I have a national coverage of points showing the groundwater strike values. I was asked to create a fishnet of 1km to 1km and determine the average water strike of each cell. how do I determine the average water strike for each fishnet cell?

it will give you the points in the polygon

As for the "average" you will have summarize the count field in the fishnet to get the overall average from the counts per fishnet cell
