Imagery layer with NDVI Colormap Processing Template not showing up in print output

I am using ArcGIS Enterprise Portal Map Viewer. I have this Imagery layer from Sentinel2. When I select "NDVI Colormap" in processing Templates and try to use Print Export function, the layer does not show up in the exported PDF. Is this a limitation, or a bug?

The JSON data in ExportWebMap specification which is used to print the layer is attached in the text file.
