remove item from Enterprise Portal Menu for anonymous access

Hi guys,
I would like to remove the "help" item from the initial menu of the Enterprise Portal when access is anonymous.
Is it possible? Maybe using the REST API?

I hope you are well.

I think there is no way to completely remove the Help from the UI of Portal.

There are ways to prevent the Help from redirecting users to the publicly available documentation instead of the content that is installed
