Elevated CNS facilities

Question

Hi, is there an ability to create surfaces for elevated CNS facilities? For example, how do I create a surface if an ATC requires a OIS radial surface to begin from 60m AGL?

I worked it out for anyone that is interested.

Create a 3d point at the location and z-value of the antenna. Create a CNS multipatch and snap to the 3d point. The cone surface will be created from that origin.
