I have a problem when I open arcgis monitor it keeps giving me the message Arcgis Monitor license is invalid and won't let me add the databases for monitoring.do you have any advice

Hi @AngeloTroiano,1. What release of ArcGIS Monitor are you using?2. When you say "open arcgis monitor" - do you mean signing into the web app? or something else? It's not clear to me, because you refer to adding a database. Do you mean configuring the AM database or just registering a database to collect data from?3. Can you please post a screenshot of the error message?
