Is there documentation in the sewer solution for a component called a "drop manhole", which means a sewer line that connects to a manhole using a pipe that bridges the height differences of the pipe outlet to the bottom of the manhole? I am not looking for an exact marking of the vertical line, but only an alphanumeric or visual marking that informs of a connection using a "drop manhole" component.

Hi Bili - I think that is what they refer to as a "backdrop" in the UK Sewer industry:

I don't think there is anything for this in the Sewer UN Foundation model. Most companies I have seen model this as a point asset on the network, offset  perhaps 2 metres from the manhole - this offset is for cartographic reasons so the manhole and the backdrop can be seen on the map. For UN migrations we tend to just stick with that model (e.g. adding Backdrop to SewerDevice) since there is no real driver for changing the data. Alternatively you could add an attribute to Pipe Connection (in the Expanded model) and label it, but this is not ideal when you want to hide pipe connections at scales. Even more simply you could add an asset type to Manhole called Drop Manhole, though this would not distinguish which of the incoming sewers had the drop.
