Hi , i would like to change value item in a list for related (1-M) . I attached screenshot . I have already set up relation in arcgis pro and published all layers which are in relation .

In the WebMap, go to Tables, select the Related Table, open the Popups for that table from the icon on the right hand side of the screen, set the Title.
This Title is what will show up as the list of related records in your screenshot. You can get creative with attributes and attribute expressions if the needs be.
