Issue after Upgrading to 2024.1 : Unable to Register DataStore

I upgraded from version 2024.0.2 to 2024.1, and encountered the following error when trying to register the DataStore:

'no pg_hba.conf entry for host "127.0.0.1", user "siteadmin", database "db_2u72f", SSL on'

Could you please advise on the steps I need to take to resolve this and register the DataStore correctly?

Hi @IrisHadarStltd,

The error message,

> 'no pg_hba.conf entry for host "127.0.0.1", user "siteadmin", database "db_2u72f", SSL on'

may actually be related to a permissions access issue for ArcGIS Data Store.

Can you please try running the ArcGIS Data Store allowconnection command - to enable AM Agent to connect to the data store?

ArcGIS Data Store utility commands
(see allowconnection)

Then, please follow the Register ArcGIS Data Store help and run the listadminusers command.

UPDATE: the ArcGIS Monitor 2024.1.1 patch that addresses this issue is scheduled for release on March 20.
