Is it possible to enable "Support Rollback On Failure" for a feature server?

Hi,

We are performing the batch update of attribute information on the feature service and we getting the response with proper info on which record success or failure. But we recently added the versioning to the feature service and after that, we got a response of "Operation rollback" irrespective of the success or failure of the records and difficult which to find out which is failures details. I went to the ArcGIS API documentation(https://arcgis.geo.dev.watercorporation.com.au/arcgis/help/en/rest/services-reference/enterprise/apply-edits-feature-service-layer/) and found that operation flag of "rollbackOnFailure". Make set the False but it's not allowing because "Support Rollback on Failure" is set as false then rollbackOnFailure is considered as True regardless of the input in the service.

Is there any options that, set support Rollback on failure to false?
