Problems with related classes? Works with one feature not the other?

Let me begin with this worked perfect with my fire hydrant point layer. I made a table to relate to my water meter layer and when I tried to make fields for this one, things were different. I all the standard questions including the GUID/GUID I did the GlobalID as a text field. When I go to set the origin primary/foreign key it wont let me set the foreign to the GUID. So when I go to collect the inspection it won't work.

Any help?
