ROCm instead of CUDA for Deep Learning

Question

Will Esri be opening up Deep Learning capabilities for ROCm? NVIDIA cards are outrageously priced, if they are even available. We need to be able to run deep learning on AMD GPU that uses ROCm instead of proprietary NVIDIA CUDA.

Ideas generally get quick responses from Esri people if it touches a nerve or are interesting/complex/simple enough.  At minimum other users with similar issues/wants can upvote and you may see it accommodated sooner.
