Need help : ESRI REST API query configuration in Jmeter

Hi All,
I am configuring ESRI REST Service in JMeter for performance testing activity but not getting response as standard REST API  response hence need help in that.

Objective : Using REST Service along with query parameter check the performance of map service.

-As per ESRI articles I have added required details but not getting expected response. If I try query(example ID = 22) in REST API I am getting an responses . Attached screenshot for more reference

-Not sure where to configure username and password for ArcGIS Server in Jmeter

Please check and let me know if anything is missing/need to re-configure.
