Hello,I had access to a 1 year licensed ArcGIS Pro software. Unfortunately, I lost my PC and the software is no longer accessible due to authorization issues. It states ''the activation of the fulfillment is denied by the activation policy for activation ID EVA270044234-1010 because Fulfill count exceeded the available seat count...Any help on how to get re-authorization would be greatly appreciated in order for me to complete my course. Please find attached sample of the error message.
Have you been able to get access to an ArcGIS Pro trial?
@ShaneONeill_144 , thank you so much for your time and attention.Coursera does provide access to ArcGIS Pro. I am just unable to use it due to the lack of license.
Alternatively, you may be able to make use of an ArcGIS Pro trial for your needs.
@OdelekeMiracle My apologies, I had thought that you were trying to license ArcGIS Pro and not ArcMap based on your initial description. ArcMap 10.8.2 has entered into Mature Support, and version 10.6.1 has been retired, so it means that Esri Support will not be able to help you with it.
We would recommend migrating to ArcGIS Pro if possible, does Coursera provide access to ArcGIS Pro or only ArcMap?
Hello, @ShaneONeill_144 I have combed through the link and I haven't found much help in there.A local distributor that I contacted requires me to pay $100 to get another license which I am unable to at this time as a student. With this, I have to give up on my quest of getting my ArcMap 10.6.1 software re-authorized for use.Thank you very kindly for your assistance.

@OdelekeMiracle Licneses that accompany ArcGIS courses with COURSERA are provided by Esri Inc. in the US.For the issue that you have outlined, we would recommend that you contact Esri Inc., who will be able to assist you further with your query. Hello, @ShaneONeill_144 I do not have a local distributor as I am a student taking a GIS course on coursera. I need the software to practice and finish the course and assignments. I hope they can de-authorize and re-authorize another license for me to complete the program.By the way, I am stuck on the support page and I don't even know where or how to log my complaint there.
Esri Support will be able to help you with this - hopefully you have been successful in getting in touch with your local Esri Distributor for assistance.
Hello @CodyPatterson I am yet to receive any updates from ESRI despite dropping a message for them.Is there any other way I can go about this??
Hey @OdelekeMiracle
Glad to have helped! Hopefully they get everything sorted out for you!
Cody
Hello @CodyPatterson You have been most helpful.I have sent a message through the link, and it has been acknowledged as submitted.I hope to hear from them soon to resolve the issue.Thank you very kindly.
I would start with their support phone number here, this may be able to get you what you need:

Hello @CodyPatterson Thank you for your swift response. I have tried reaching out to support but have been unable to.Kindly assist in reaching out so I can be able to forge ahead with my program.Thank you, again.
I believe all this means is that you've used 1/1 of the licenses you have, and an additional activation would exceed that. I would reach out to support with your situation and they may be able to deauthorize the older machine, if there is a page where you can find your software key, you may be able to deauthorize it yourself as well, but support would be able to give you the 100% answer.
