Open Overview Map By Default

Hello All:

I am Currently using ArcGIS Experience Builder 1.15 and am wondering if there is a way to open the Overview Map (Inset Map) automatically on map load. I am looking for ways maybe to do this in the JSON or if an enhancement can be logged for this to be possible.
