Anchor Map Layers 'pop up' in ExperienceBuilder online

Are there any creative tricks to anchor the Map Layers popup in position and size once it is opened? Once you click the Map Layers widget, it pops up in a seemingly random place on the screen, but it would be really nice if I could dictate where this opens, and how big it is. Sure, the user can move it and re-size it, but I just think it would be more user friendly if I could force this behavior upon every open.

Has anyone come up with some creative tricks for this?

If I'm reading your question correctly, you have a Map Layers Widget in a Widget Controller and you want to control its size and position. This is controlled in the Widget Controller settings. Your options will depend on whether you are using the Floating or Fixed Widget Panel Arrangement. 

Setting the option to Fixed will allow you to place the widget with the box grid and its size with the W and H options.

If you chose a Floating Panel, you will not have direct control over the widget placement. It will be automatically placed based on the location of the Widget Controller. However, you can control its size.

Click on the Map Layers Widget then find the little right angle in the lower-right. Drag to resize. This will be the default size of the widget. 

Using a Floating Panel Arrangement, you can have a different size for every widget in a Widget Controller.
