Subtype Domain assignment not matching field view

Question

Hi there,

I've found that the asset type's domain differs between the Subtype view and the field view:

Field view:

Seems the feature honors the domain set in the subtype view, but users only have access to the field view (subtype view only accessible by right-clicking utility network database).  I've loaded my data to the map using Subtype Group Layers which allows me to view field lists by asset type, but I hoped to see specific subtype-level data there.

Is this expected?  I'm working on ArcPro 3.1.

The fields property of a subtype group layer shows the root level assignments. Please log a bug, as it should show the subtype assignments.
