ArcGIS Pro 3.1.5: How to merge records in the attribute table of a raster based on a common field value in model builder?

For example, in the screenshot below, the raster has two records with a common value in one of the fields. How can these two records be merged?

I don’t need to change the cell size here; it needs to stay the same. All I need to do is "dissolve" the two records based on the value of a specific field
