I am new to arcgis but I am trying to find out if it is possible to have a list of countries and when a country it selected build a dynamic flow animation showing the connection between that country and all connected countries with a thickness based on the count field. I have created the static flow diagram but am unsure of my next step. For example the dataset is source_country,target_country,count,datetime. I would like it so when a country it selected the line starts at the source country and then is drawn out to all targets. Is this possible? what do I need to use/learn. Thanks in advance.,
