Where we can find Geary's C in Spatial Statistic Toolbox?

Hello everybody!

I have one question!

Where we can find Geary's C in Spatial Statistic tool and how we can calculate it?

If not there maybe in PYSAL toolbox and again what kind of weight matrix it needs?

I am analysing different methods so it would be really interesting to me to get the chance to compare the results for example of Geary's C and Global Moran's I. But I have a problem to understand where I could find Geary's C and how to create a results!

This is a great question Vladimir, and although it's a decade old, I'm not sure it's been answered.  I still can't find a way to calculate Geary's C in ArcGIS, and that seems like a. large oversight since its similar but not the same as Moran's I.  Anyone at ESRI feel like weighing in here?
