Creating an Location Platform account gives error

Question

I am trying to create a Location Platform account. On the signup page I fill out all of the info and upon submit I just receive this. Have now tried multiple times, multiple browsers.

I am using an email address that was already used to create an AGOL Public account.

I believe you cannot sign up with the same email address used on another ArcGIS account. Can you try to sign up with a different email address?
