Export - Resize handles don't work outside of margins

Question

In Export, a user cannot use the resize box handles if they are outside of the margins. To resize, the user has to slide the box back inside of the margins.

Thank you for your input @GeoffroyRicher-Lalonde. Currently, the design intentionally disables the box handles within the margin area. However, we understand the need for flexibility and will consider this as a potential enhancement to allow editing within this area in future updates.
