"Add to project" on a file geo database does nothing

Question

I'm trying to follow some instructions for adding an exported & downloaded feature layer from arcgis online to a project in arcgis desktop pro. I've downloaded a feature layer in FGDB format and extracted it. However when I navigate to the FGDB object, right click on it and select "add to project" nothing happens.

Is this expected behavior? Shouldn't there be a success or fail message? If this is an invalid operation, then the menu option should be grayed out.

So you're almost there!  In the Catalog Pane, click the Project tab at the top, then click Databases and expand the databases folder.  You'll see your fGDB there!
