Get street name from feature layer under graphics layer

Hello,

I am quite new to ArcGIS and would like to know if it's possible to find a street name(s) after for example drawing a polyline on the same street.

Yes. Assuming you are referring to ArcMap here. what you need is select by line. ArcGIS Desktop
