This seems like a useful feature, and I am anxious to pass onto out field teams. But when I just tried it out on the iOS Field Maps v24.1.1, the recentering to the selected feature did not always work. In several instances, there was simply no response to touching the feature swatch after panning away from the selected location.
Are there some additional conditions as to when this function will work and when it will not? Or maybe it is device dependent?
Thanks for the tip. The tip on recentering to your current position by touching the location arrow above the compass icon has always worked and continues to be useful.
