Bleeding Symbols

Question

My symbols have text which is bleeding through overlaying points.

The process I used to get here:

I created the symbols in arcGIS Pro using two shape marker layers. (in this case, a circle and text) No bleeding in Pro

I added them to a custom style and exported the style to arcGIS Online.
