Additional Sublayers Being Added to Feature Layers When Analytic Fails

Question

Our BDA fails intermittently because it can't access a layer/item in our ArcGIS Online for strange/unknown reasons.  When this happens, during the output, Velocity will create a blank sublayer.  Anybody else seeing this?  This layer of ours currently now has 3 blank sublayers to it.

Thanks Jeff, I have reported it multiple times, just putting this out there to see if anybody else is having the same issue.
