Third party component versions

There is a link where the updates of all those components used by ArcGIS Enterprise are reported.
ex:
DOJO version
Markdown
PostgreSQL
etc etc

Many times when they do penetration testing, they find vulnerabilities in components not developed by Esri.

How can I find out the versions and when they are updated?
