I had a chance to use the Field Maps Designer tool to look for a layer that wasn't enabled for offline use and found it immediately. What a time and frustration saver! Thanks guys!
FM Designer is brilliant, it's one of my favorite things ESRI has done in years. I've gone back and opened up old maps that we couldn't get to make offline versions and gave up on, and have been able to find the problems out with the Offline Checker built into it.
GetUser().fullName offline bug fix would be nice to see next!
