More than 23 zoom levels?

Question

I created an ArcGIS Online Experience for a team, and they would like to have better fine-tuning of zoom levels than is provided currently. As far as I can tell, there are 23 zoom levels supported in ArcGIS Online map viewer. Is there a way to allow additional zoom levels?

Thank you! Could you please clarify what you mean by "use a rectangle"? Is there a way to allow users to do that in an ArcGIS Online Experience?

Map Viewer uses fixed zoom increments via the available zoom tools, which also correspond to the built-in scale visibility thresholds. However you can interactively use a rectangle to hit interstitial scales.
