How can I get a direct link to the excel table with shp?Can I add, change and delete data from the excel table and the data automatically change in the shapefile?

Remember to use GIS software when editing GIS data. Adjusting tables using excel, can / will damage your GIS data.
There is no relationship between the shp file attribute table and an excel spreadsheet.
