Grid and Measured Grid with Arcpy

Good morning everyone,

I'm here again to asking if is there an arcpy way to generate/edit grids and measured grids on an ArcGIS PRO 3.2.1.

I've searched deeply but I wasn't able to find any trace of a such option.
