Tengo dificultades para publicar un mapa ESRI usando Power BI.
Voy a validar el mapa y aparece un error en la capa de referencia.

Are the reference layers shared publicly in ArcGIS Online?  I would advise just checking your map has met the requirements found here: Publish a map-enabled report to the web—ArcGIS for Microsoft 365 | Documentation
