I have published the World Traffic Service layer in a web map and also a web app. I was able to view it for a week but now when I open the map or the app, I do not see the traffic flow. I can however see the traffic incidents. I can toggle the incidents on and off but the traffic flow will not appear. I have tried removing the service layer and adding it back. Has anyone else experienced this?
