ArcGIS Tile Cache not Sync after join

I'm migrating ArcGIS Datastore from one server to a new server.
ArcGIS Relational Datastore transferred seamlessly
ArcGIS Datastore TileCache doesn't want to sync, the cache always remains on the old VM.

Is it possible to force sync?
