Update Features with Incident Records tool now failing

I have recently upgrade Pro to 3.2. I use the Update Feature with Incident Records tool weekly to update my crime layer in AGOL from a updates CSV that only I touch. I've never had an issue until now. Here is the error.

Not quite sure what it is telling me and I cannot find any documentation on this.

Hi Laura,

A bug has been identified for this tool that will be implemented at the 3.3 release. In the meantime, perform the following steps:
1. Remove any spaces or special characters from the field names of your CSV
2. In Pro 3.2s new field mapping interface, if you are not mapping a field from the target layer to a field in the input table, remove that field.
3. If you continue to run into problems, export the CSV to a geodatabase table.
