Connecting to CSV or GeoJSON using Data Pipelines

I am trying to use the Data Pipes app and connect to CSV and GeoJSON files. I get errors. The files are well structured, and if I download them I can publish the data in AGOL with no further issues.
I'm trying to use Data Pipelines to connect to the same files using a URL and I get errors.

Here are the URLs I'm trying to work with.
