Apply Asset package Failed

Hi team

I am trying to build UN on telco data, so I have the asset package, the first thing that I have done is "Stage Utility Network", with this tool I have created a new file geodatabase and a new UN. Now, when I am trying to apply asset package, I am getting the below error:

It fails to add "Created_user" field. Please help!

My guess is your network is in a corrupt state.  Do you have any maps open in your project?  What version of ArcGIS Pro are you using?  I would start a brand new ArcGIS Pro session, with no maps and try the process.
