Visualising Multiple Raster Surfaces with Different Elevations

Is it possible to display multiple raster elevation surfaces like the image below in a 3D online scene using JavaScript? I'm currently working on this and would like to know if anyone has experience or advice to share.

I have only attempted ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript so far, with no luck.

This functionality is currently not available in the ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript. It is in our backlog but not yet planned for a release. If you have any particular use cases you’re trying to solve and which you’d like to share with us, that could help us prioritize our backlog.
