"Overwriting" a Published Hosted (Raster) Tile Layer

Hello, everyone!

I already have a published hosted (raster) tile layer in ArcGIS Online.

Is there a way to "overwrite" the published (raster) tile layer in ArcGIS Online using the updated raster layer in ArcGIS Pro? I have read the documentation for the Replace Tile Layer in ArcGIS Pro but the updated layer will not be coming from another web layer. The updated data will be coming from a file geodatabase.

I appreciate any hints or suggestions for this concern. Thank you very much.

I just republish from Pro using a different name, then rename that tile package so that it can be used to 'Update' the existing tile package.

 

Then import the updated tiles into the existing service using method 3 from here.
