No se puede conectar Organization con My Esri

Question

Tengo un problema para conectar My Esri con Organization. Tengo el rol de Administrador y el tipo de usuario GIS Professional Advanced.<\/P> Cuando inicio sesión en My Esri, recibo:<\/P> <\/span><\/P> <\/P>P1:<\/STRONG> ¿Cómo enviar una invitación desde Organization a My Esri?<\/P> <\/P>Y cuando voy a Overview > Connected Organizations veo esto<\/SPAN><\/P><\/span><\/P> <\/P>P2:<\/STRONG> ¿Cómo conectar Organization a My Esri?<\/P> <\/P>He completado los cursos web My Esri 101<\/A> y Introduction to My Esri Administration<\/A> para entender mejor y aprender cómo usar My Esri.<\/P> <\/span><\/P>P3:<\/STRONG> No veo "Connect to My Esri" en la página de My Esri. ¿Por qué no lo veo? ¿Hice algo mal?<\/P> <\/P>¿Puedes ayudarme a resolver estos problemas?<\/P>¡Gracias!<\/P>

In the first screenshot you posted, My Esri is offering you the instructions on what you need to do to get an invitation. My Esri detected that you are outside the US, so you are prompted to contact your distributor. If you click on the link provided ("contact your distributor"), you should be taken to the esri.com page of your distributor, which lists the ways you can contact your distributor.

If you don't see the information when you click on the link, go to this page: https://www.esri.com/en-us/contact#c=us&t=0

And in the search box called "Not the office you’re looking for?" enter your country's name, and you'll be able to access its contact resource list.
