area sort

I want to sort a group of cut faces by area and then select faces 0, 1, and 2 for extrusion. I cannot find a sorting function in the help document

Where are your "cut faces" coming from?

Anyway, sortIndices(array) is the function you need to sort arrays, if you managed to store geometry.area values to an array.

Thank you for your answer. I found this function in the help document for 2021.1, and I thought the differences between these versions from 2019 to 2023 were not significant
