my character can't spawn,

Question

I recently installed ArcGIS Maps SDK and I can't figure out how I can play as my character if he is in the camera all the time! I can't move, I can't do anything, if I remove this camera the planet will disappear, please help me, please hear my prayers!

What happens is that the ArcGIS Pawn that load the map has auto poses to Player 0, so I recommend you to disable that. But also, if you a unique character you can add to your own character as a component the Arc GIS Camera Component, so the map will be rendered wherever you are looking.

Hi there,

Would you mind giving some additional information as to how your character is setup? For instance, is this a third or first person character? Does your character have an ArcGIS Camera Component attached to it? And is auto possess set to player 0 on your character? Alternatively, you can set the default pawn to be your character in your game mode and then you just need to have the "Player Start" component, provided by Unreal Engine added to your scene and your character will always spawn in that place.
