Attach form enabled pdf to workforce

Question

Is it possible to attach a form enabled pdf that field workers can complete and save?

For example, I would like to attach a blank Job Saftey Analysis in pdf format  for each assignment and then have field workers complete the JSA form which would save to the assigment.

I can attached the JSA pdf, open assignment on my phone, open the attached JSA pdf, and  complete the form but cannot figure out how to get the updates to save to the assignment.

PDF form can be attached in the attachments section but I do not think the download of that form would trigger the completion of an assignment.

You could link to a survey123 form that populates with information on the location where the job is being complete and generate pdf reports from those survey responses.
