How to batch change all features with one color to another color?

I mistakenly used the ArcGIS Pro color styles for a print map, and therefore all of the blacks aren't 0,0,0,100 CMYK even with the conversion. How can I easily select all the RGB black colors for everything and change them to CMYK?

If you have a Defense or Production Mapping license, you can use replace colors in the Catalog View to do this.
