What is the best web app template for a user to populate related table data?

Hello,

I have successfully published a hosted feature point layer with a related table from ArcGIS Pro.  What is the best web app template or widget for a user to select a point and populate some of the related table data?

I poked around a bit and am not finding anything that has access to the related table.  One web app that I thought would work was geoform, but I wasn't seeing the related table fields.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Better support for related table editing in AGOL Map Viewer posted yesterday...here.  This looks nice.

Next question is when will this be available in ArcGIS Enterprise?
