Experience Builder Editor Widget should use the Smart Forms framework, to enable Autocomplete or Suggestions from another layer instead of pulling from a domain.
Smart Forms are already supported through the Edit widget in Experience Builder. If you have Smart Forms configured for layers in your web map, these will be used by the Edit widget if you use the webmap settings option for fields.
