Partial checkbox in layerlist also a refresh option to refresh the layer list item

Please provide partial checkbox option in layerlist out of the box or give more control to customize it.

Could you please clarify what is meant by partial checkbox?

@Sage_Wall : Partial checkbox I mean intermediate state of a checkbox. If a Layer contains multiple sublayer and any of the sublayers is selected visible false, then parent checkbox should show intermediate state like it used to do in webappbuilder TOC widget.
